岩出観音は旧中山道木曽路　須原橋場の伊奈川を見下ろす所に在る
最近は木曽路を歩く人が多くなり　ここで休む旅人を見かける
また、これより伊奈川沿いに伊奈川の部落を経て中央アルプス空木岳の登山道にも続く
