Every year on the first horse day, the first horse fair is held at Iwade Kannon-do in Kiso Okuwa Village Bridge
In the hall, to Bato Kanzeon Bodhisattva
Josho-ji Temple Oshokata and believers read the Daihannya-kyo Sutra
Fuku Daruma, bills, and amulets are sold.
There are many cold days every year, but this year there is no cloud and warm spring sunshine.
In the past, many people close to the neighborhood visited the shrine and it was crowded.
I heard that the children sold bamboo grass bundled with straw to earn pocket money for three or five sen as horse food.
Kiso horse must have been very active as an agricultural horse around here as well.
